Mr. Thava is a very hands on surgeon/doctor. From the very start until the end, he was present. He had everything ready for my complicated pregnancy and we were safe in his hands. My baby and I are safe thanks to him and the whole team. We are truly grateful. Thank you again.

Very positive experience at my appointment yesterday. Mr Thava had a very calm and friendly manner and immediately put me at ease. He had read my notes, he sought my input and he was clear, logical and considered when offering his clinical opinion. At no point did I feel rushed. In my case, he concluded that the tests were not necessary and gave a clear explanation as to why, while still giving me the option to have the tests if I would like them.

I saw Mr Thava about my HRT treatment and still getting periods. He explained the causes and what needs to be done to rule out the options and find the reason very clearly. He booked an ultrasound appointment for further investigations.

I recently went for my first LLETZ procedure and it was scary but Dr Thava made me feel so comfortable and the procedure was so quick and painless. I have had my results back quickly too and I am very happy with them.

Dr thava was extremely helpful and polite , he treated me with compassion and kindness at a very worrying time .

Mr Thava was very polite and asked precise questions to help him understand my condition. He explained how this helped him and then asked my permission to look internally, he asked for a chaperone to come inWhist undertaking the examination and was very gentle. He gave me clear instructions, on how to lay to help him look at the areas he needed to check and was considerate and polite at all times. My husband came into the appointment with me and if he gave any additional information, Mr Thava took note of this too.

Mr Thava helped my husband and me through the hardest and most painful time in our lives by providing clinical expertise and pastoral care to guide us through an impossible situation. His clinical knowledge was completely sound and very accurate, and helped us advocate for ourselves in a hospital setting where we were very vulnerable. His pastoral care was very supportive and kind and we are extremely grateful to have been looked after by Mr Thava.

Mr Thava helped me with my menopausal symptoms and started me on a HRT regimen that has transformed my life completely! He has a wonderful bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen. I can’t recommend him enough to any woman struggling with the perimenopause.
