Dr Sharmilee Gnanapavan is a dedicated Consultant Neurologist with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing complex neurological conditions. She provides comprehensive care to patients presenting with a wide array of neurological disorders, with a particular focus on neuroinflammatory conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis. Combining clinical excellence with a compassionate approach, she aims to deliver clear diagnoses and individualised management plans that empower patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr Gnanapavan qualified in medicine from St Bartholomew's and The Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry. She completed specialist higher training in neurology and developed a strong academic background in neuroscience, earning a PhD in neuro-restoration from the Institute of Neurology at University College London. Dedicated to advancing neurological research and clinical standards, she serves as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer and contributes to several national advisory panels and expert committees focused on neurological health.
