The whole journey with Mr Farook from the start of this experience was commendable.. Every part of his remit was explained clearly. The follow up after the operation was exemplary.

I came to see Mr Farook after a fall which left me with a fractured nose and concerns about damage to my implants in my lower jaw. I cannot recommend Mr Farook highly enough. He really listened to my concerns and his responses were intelligent, informed and compassionate. He has also been really conscientous in following up on my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I am very grateful that I got to see him.

I have seen Mr Farook on two separate occasions and he was very warm, very understanding and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond what I expected and he kept me in the loop at all times, communicating quickly on the phone and on email. Highly recommend

Mr Farook is the consummate professional. From my first interaction he was professional, knowledgeable, cared about things I didnt even realise were important to me, spoke to me in plain English and most importantly cared. During the surgery he was informative, clearly explained what would happen to reassure me and focussed on after care so I knew what to expect. After surgery and whist I was still under, he spoke to my family and updated on progress and then he was available to me after to ensure I was ok. His after care was also excellent offering me access to him when needed. I couldnt have asked to be in better hands and wholly recommended him I almost forget the quality of his work -absolutely outstanding. Thank you Mr Farook.

Parotidectomy Surgery Mr Farook was excellent in every respect. From meeting Mr Farook and his team to surgery everything was moved along quickly with the various tests I had to have and advice and guidance explained to me about the operation I was to have. Despite COVID Mr Farook went the extra mile to ensure the surgery took place as quickly as possible and had to liaise with my heart consultant at the last minute for information and ensured there was no delay to surgery that was planned.
