Dr Sarah Kiff

Dr Sarah Kiff is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician specialising in paediatric endocrinology and diabetes. She provides compassionate, family-centred care for children and young people experiencing a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions. With an empathetic and reassuring clinical approach, Dr Kiff supports young patients and their families through complex diagnoses, ensuring each child receives personalised care tailored to their physical, developmental, and emotional needs.

In her specialist clinical practice, Dr Kiff manages conditions affecting the endocrine system, including type 1 diabetes, growth and pubertal disorders, adrenal gland conditions, and congenital hyperinsulinism. She has a strong clinical interest in complex genetic endocrine conditions such as Prader-Willi syndrome, as well as advancing diabetes management through continuous glucose monitoring and optimised insulin therapy protocols.
