Dr. Sighakoli made me feel very reassured. He took the time to listen and understand my health and how I was feeling which was very important to me. He was very thorough and looked at every aspect. His explanations were clear as were his actions on going forward with further tests. Dr. Sighakoli’s manner was perfect…calm, interested, thoughtful and understanding. This is exactly what I needed when I was feeling so desperately unwell. I came home feeling much more positive. Thank you.

Very empathetic with clear explanation

Dr Sameer gave me a clear explanation of my thyroid problem, the possible causes and possible longer term impact. He proposed a clear plan for follow up investigation which I accepted. I all my questions were answered and I left satisfied that I am in good hands.

The consultant listened well and looked at my relevant background data I attended with. He asked me several questions about a variety of things. I am not aware of being asked of any symptoms but I guess he had built up a good enough picture to order the tests he recommended. I was given a prescription to prepare for a blood test and told to expect a call regarding a scan to be organised soon and a copy letter which my gp should get, to organise some pre-scan medication. I look forward to receiving a clinic letter to clarify all the details discussed to ensure I have understood correctly.
