Dr Sally Edwards

Dr Sally Edwards is a Consultant Paediatrician who provides clinical care for infants, children, and young people. Serving as a Clinical Director in acute paediatrics, she leads medical teams in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide spectrum of childhood health conditions. Her practice encompasses both acute emergency paediatric care and the ongoing management of long-term medical conditions in younger patients.

Dr Edwards earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) medical degree. She subsequently completed extensive specialist postgraduate training in child health, earning full membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). She maintains a strong commitment to medical education, clinical governance, and continuous professional development to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based care.

Her clinical focus encompasses general acute paediatrics alongside sub-specialty interests in paediatric respiratory medicine, paediatric allergy, and cystic fibrosis.
