Mr Jones was very clear in explaining the procedure (Inguinal hernia repair), as well as outlining the possible risks. He was reassuring in both pre and post op. All in all, I would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing an appropriate procedure.

I met Mr Jones feeling a little anxious as I anticipated I needed surgery. Mr Jones examined me and confirmed the need for surgery. His manner was brilliant, he explained the procedure in terms I understood and explained that the decision to go ahead or not was mine. On the day of surgery I felt at ease, meeting with Mr Jones again his manner reassured me. I have now fully recovered and in hindsight was right to have such confidence in Mr Jones, he has done a brilliant job.
