I had a Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder removal) in November 2023 performed by Robert Jones. At the initial consultation he was hugely knowledgeable and informative about my symptoms, my condition and its causes and behaviours, as well as the options available. He was very patient with my long list of questions and had no issues answering them comprehensively. On the day of surgery, both before and after the procedure, he came to see me and was once again more than happy to answer all of my questions, talked me through the procedure process and put me completely at ease. The surgery and recovery went well as he anticipated and my quality of life has drastically improved. I have absolutely only positive words to say about Robert Jones, from start to finish he exceeded my expectations, and I implore you to use his services. I will be forever grateful that I found him and decided to use him as my consultant and surgeon.
