Mr Robbie Ray is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, who specialises in foot and ankle surgery (minimally invasive), diagnosis and management. Robbie believes in evidence based medicine and takes the time to full assess underlying orthopaedic issues, to decipher whether surgery is required.
Once Robbie gained his primary medical qualification, he completed his training under a double fellowship in Toronto, Canada and Sydney, Australia learning highly specialist techniques in minimally invasive surgery, including keyhole surgery. Upon completion of his training Dr Ray was appointed Consultant at St George's Hospital major trauma centre, and later moved to King's College Hospital Foundation Trust.

The most straight forward and clearly explained process, and the results were game changing. I was able to go on a round the world trip less than 3 months post op - something I would absolutely not have been able to do without surgery.

Mr Ray is extremely professional in his field, but also extremely approachable and reassuring. As a patient you feel at ease and his warm manner and genuine concern is palpable. He provided clear explanations, but left no stone unturned in reviewing a sporting injury. His expertise coupled with his ability to connect with patients on a personal level truly sets him apart. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking Orthopaedic foot and ankle expertise.

Very friendly with nothing to much trouble to explain and go over. From the first intial consultation , the operation and through to my final check I couldn’t os asked for better treatment. Very happy with my result.
