I am a warm, open and empathic Qualified Person-Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist who offers you with a safe and honest space.
n my own experience, feeling heard and seen -perhaps for the very first time in your life- has a powerful effect. I strongly believe that the relationship 'is the therapy' or, in other words, the quality of the relationship is essential for effective results and this is the belief that underpins my practice.
My approach is Person-Centred which means I am led by your unique needs as I trust that, given the right environment, you hold the answers to your own growth. I also incorporate embodied practices -such as movement and somatic awareness- to support deeper connection and regulation.
