I believe strongly in the mentorship responsibilities that come with experience and seniority. I strive to mentor students and surgical trainees in clinical practice and to encourage the pursuit of academia. I have been faculty in multiple education courses across the UK - through this, I contribute to the training of future NHS oncoplastic breast surgeons as well as keeping myself up to date.
