Mr Mathew has a very good understanding and knowledge regarding the ears. I have been suffering with ear imbalance causing dizziness, pain and discharge from my left ear for many years and poor hearing. Dizziness had become a norm to me, but this affected a lot of other things in my life - not having a normal life. With his experience and expertise Mr Mathew found out I had a hole in the ear canal that was causing all the problems. He advised me the best way forward was to either have a surgery to close the hole in the ear canal or have evacuation in my ear every year for the rest of my life. He recommended surgery would be the best way forward. He drew a diagram of the ear explained the issue and the procedure that would be required. This made me feel comfortable and reassured as it gave me a vivid picture my ear and what would take place. Due to this I choose to go ahead with the surgery. I had my surgery on the 30th/10 and have seen Mr Mathew twice for follow-ups. I have noticed my hearing has improved and I have not had any dizziness. I would like to say Mr Mathew knows his field and he is approachable and easy to talk to. Thank You Mr Mathew.
