Ms Rachel Caesar

Together with an advanced training in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a passion for mindful movement and meditation, I have developed an individualised approach to working with clients. Through NHS commissioned programmes, I have lead psycho-education and therapeutic spaces in Cancer Care centres & venues across the country. In my work with Penny Brohn cancer charity I delivered group programmes which involved the facilitation of self help techniques.  

At the Mulberry Centre at The West Middlesex Hospital I offered specialist oncology counselling & designed & facilitated a group mindful movement class. The class offered an opportunity to decompress through connecting with others, meditatively following a rhythmic tapping, and slow dancing & stetching to enchanting drum & flute beats.

Alongside private workshops I have delivered to NHS staff at The Hammersmith
& Fulham Community Garden Association, Imperial College Hospital, Blenheim CPD Drug Project, Open Age & the Holocaust Survivor centre.

Over the years I have volunteered extensively with many charities including Family Action. Here I was part of a talented team of dedicated therapists offering Solution focused therapy to Primary school children across Hammersmith & Fulham.

In addition I have trained and supported victims of homicide and manslaughter through the SAMM charity.

I later lead the Psychological Therapy Service at The London Clinic where I offered a specialised psycho-oncology service for patients and family members at the hospital.

I am now available for private consultations.
