Dr Rachael Harrison

Dr Rachael Harrison is a highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in reconstructive and extremity surgery. Dedicated to delivering compassionate and reassuring patient care, Dr Harrison focuses on restoring form and function for individuals who have experienced trauma, complex injuries, or burn-related conditions. Her approach combines precise surgical technique with a thorough understanding of individual patient needs, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to achieve optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes.

Dr Harrison studied Medicine at Imperial College London, graduating with First Class Honours in Surgery and Anaesthesia. She subsequently earned a PhD from Imperial College London for her research into tissue interfaces to enhance post-surgical hand function. Following higher specialist training in plastic surgery, she completed advanced fellowships in hand and wrist surgery as well as extremity microsurgery. Dr Harrison holds a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast) and the European Hand Diploma. She is listed on the General Medical Council specialist register for plastic surgery and is a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand.
