At all times during my consultation Mr Hak clearly explained my choices and when I could have it done. I made an informed decision on my procedure. From admission to discharge , 3 hrs, Mr Hak continued to explain every step and I felt very comfortable. I am now pain free and very happy.

Mr Hak is a brilliant consultant and surgeon. I had never had surgery before a CMC joint replacement at age 50 - his youngest patient for this op to date. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was involved with the op. He shared my x-ray info with me and explained exactly what was going on with my osteoarthritis and possible reasons why it was so advanced. It helped me to see the issue as well as to hear it. His friendly and professional approach made me feel totally at ease. The operation was a relaxed and comfortable experience. I am very happy with the whole process. If I ever need to return for more surgery, I hope to see Mr Hak as I know I'll be in good hands. Thank you.
