Dr Ahmed is extremely personable and easy to talk to, which immediately puts you at ease as a patient. He creates an environment where you feel comfortable discussing any concerns, no matter how minor or insignificant they may seem, without feeling rushed or judged. He is an excellent listener and takes a genuinely holistic approach, looking beyond the immediate issue and considering the wider factors that may be contributing to your health and wellbeing. I first saw Dr Ahmed several years ago, and that consultation left a very positive impression on me. When I recently needed medical advice again, he was the first consultant I wanted to see, which is why I specifically requested an appointment with him this time around. I remembered how approachable, thorough, and reassuring he had been, and that experience has remained consistent. From a clinical perspective, Dr Ahmed is meticulous and thoughtful. He does not rush to conclusions and instead ensures that all relevant information has been gathered before recommending next steps. He has been able to refer me to clinicians and specialists whom he trusts to provide accurate assessments and diagnostic results, which is incredibly reassuring as a patient. You get the sense that he wants to be certain of the facts before advising on a treatment pathway, which inspires a great deal of confidence. I have now visited Dr Ahmad twice for different issues, once in 2024 and recently in October 2026. Every time, Dr Ahmad puts particular rigour into issuing the right diagnosis. During the intake, he always really listened to me and took my concerns seriously (after I was previously dismissed by an NHS GP). He also puts a lot of effort into doing the right type of tests without sending the patient through endless assessments. The whole process from initial consultation to test to follow up is really fast and efficient.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Omer Ahmad, from the initial consultation through to the procedure itself. He was highly professional while also being friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience very comfortable. He explained everything clearly, took the time to describe what to expect at each stage, and was happy to answer any questions I had. His knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent and gave me a great deal of confidence that I was in very capable hands throughout the process. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Excellent in every aspect, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

During the past two visits seeing Doctor Ahmed, he has been very warm and supportive taking the time to listen patiently to everything I’ve had to say. During my most recent visit, Dr Ahmed was very professional and thoughtful throughout the procedure. He has been very understanding taking the time to explain it all easing my procedure. As a skilled professional, there were no issues during this procedure and I left feeling more confident.

One of a kind! I saw Dr Ahmad a few times now and every time get greeted with a big smile, which would immediately put anyone at ease. Apart from being extremely knowledgable and laser-focused of providing the best possible care, Dr Ahmad is extremely empathetic listener and communicator. I have known and been under the care of Dr. Omer Ahmad for quite some time now and I can honestly say that his medical knowledge, professionalism, compassion and dedication to his patients are truly exceptional. Throughout the time I have been seeing him, I have always experienced the same level of care and attention. This was my 2nd colonoscopy with Dr Omer and it gave me a lot of comfort that he was doing it. He is professional, efficient and communicates well. I was mildly sedated for the colonoscopy and so was able to observe the procedure. It felt like a well organised and supportive theatre environment and he kept me updated on what he was doing throughout.
