Dr Nashreen Oozeer

Dr Nashreen Oozeer is a Consultant ENT Surgeon specialising in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery (ENT/Otolaryngology), with a dedicated clinical focus on head and neck conditions, voice disorders, and sinus care. Committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, she evaluates and treats a wide spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary medical teams, Dr Oozeer provides thorough diagnostic evaluations and individualised treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Her clinical practice encompasses the comprehensive investigation and management of head and neck lumps, thyroid nodules, swallowing difficulties, and voice changes such as persistent hoarseness. Dr Oozeer regularly performs flexible nasolaryngoscopy to evaluate the upper airway and throat, as well as functional endoscopic sinus surgery for persistent sinus pathology. Her surgical expertise also includes adult tonsillectomy, vocal cord medialisation for voice box rehabilitation, scar revision, and the assessment of balance disorders, hearing impairment, and nasal blockage.

Dr Oozeer graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2002. She completed Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2006, followed by a Diploma in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (DOHNS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2007. In 2012, she attained her Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (FRCSEd ORL-HNS). Dr Oozeer is an active member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh ENT Surgical Specialty Board and serves on the International Collaboration Committee of the British Association of Head and Neck Oncologists.
