Dr. Nabil Jarad

Dr. Nabil Jarad is a Consultant Respiratory Physician. Dr. Jarad is proficient in performing diagnostic bronchoscopy and bronchoscopic volume reduction therapies using valves and coils for patients with COPD. Dr. Jarad has published textbook chapters, review articles and original articles.

Dr. Jarad has held several positions, including Deputy Chairman of the Research Committee of the British Thoracic Society, Secretary of the West Country Chest Society and Chairman of the Training Committee in the Southwest region. Dr. Jarad has led regional services in Cystic Fibrosis and volume reduction therapies in Emphysema patients. They were also a Royal College of Physicians' Regional Advisor and are currently an International Examiner for the College.
