This was a follow up appointment. Mr Umar had previously explained my condition and prognosis thoroughly. This appointment was brief, but met my needs and expectations.
The visit to see Doctor Umar was a pleasant experience, after answering any questions I had regarding my right knee, he explained exactly what I needed to know. I already knew what I was facing as I had a total left knee replacement 15 years ago. I feel very comfortable in Mr Uma performing my operation.

Mr Umar was very patient and explained very clearly all options.
Mt Umar was exceptionally kind and patient during my consultation with him. He took the time to explain exactly why I was experiencing pain in the knee and even showed me 2013 scans, compared with 2026 scans, and what he could do to alleviate the pain. During the actual treatment, he was cognisant of my nervousness, explained what he was doing and was very gentle. His kindness, attentiveness and gentle humour made the whole consultation process so much better. I'm grateful to him for that.
Would have preferred a telephone appointment followed by face to face if needed, as this was a follow up appointment and all is good. Have to travel 1 hour each way and was in with doctor for 5 minutes, but suppose it was good I had an appointment of any kind
