Mr Jae Rhee

Mr Rhee has cared for me very well. I have felt confident in his care as he explained the procedure accurately and has a pleasant manner. Always asking if I had any other questions. After care has been great with a follow up telephone conversation and check up appointments at 2 week post op and then at 8 weeks.. On leaving my final consultation I was reassured that if I needed to ask anything else it was no trouble and to just email or call.

Dr Rhee is very personable and thorough. He did a great job explaining my symptoms and treatment options. I was very pleased to be treated by him.

Mr Rhee is a fantastic consultant and surgeon who I would highly recommend. From my initial consultation Mr Rhee showed an extremely caring and friendly nature and was very thorough with my shoulder. Through a telephone follow up monitoring initial treatment Mr Rhee was fast acting to see me and alleviate my pain and distress fitting me in the same day for additional treatment just before Christmas, for which I was truly thankful. My shoulder after surgery is doing well and I have been discharged but with an open door to contact Mr Rhee should I need to. Mr Rhee made me feel like an individual person not just a patient, he is very caring and understanding which when you are in pain is exactly what you need.

I was referred to Mr Rhee, on a personal recommendation, by my Chiropractor. From the first time I met him I was impressed with his friendly but professional approach. His explanation of my problem was clear and concise. His willingness to answer all my questions was brilliant. One leaving his consulting room I had all the information I needed to my decide whether to go ahead with my procedure or not. Plus, the details I would need to contact him. Having decided to go ahead with the procedure, he explained things (as much as I wanted to know) beforehand. I had no concerns whatsoever before going into theatre. My aftercare has been wonderful. He rang me at home to check how I was doing. I needed to ask him a question, I rang the hospital and was put straight through, and he reassured me over something I was a little concerned about. My continued after care has met all my needs, he took the time to listen (which is very important) to answer any question in a clear way. I was referred to my Chiropractor for my rehabilitation , this was accompanied by clear instruction to how my rehabilitation should progress. I no longer need to see Mr Rhee, my rehabilitation continues, but I was assured I only needed to ring if I had any questions or concerns in the final stages. I hope that my other shoulder remains in good health and needs no attention. However, should that be the case I would certainly have no hesitation in returning to Mr Rhee. Also, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for Shoulder surgery.
