Dr Mavrelos is kind, empathetic and a great listener. My husband and I lost our baby at a quite advanced stage of pregnancy. I cannot thank Dr Mavrelos enough for the excellent care he provided during this difficult time - he is empathetic, caring and compassionate. He performed my ERPC surgery and made me feel comfortable by understanding my concerns and addressing them. He always took time to call me and explain different options and their pros and cons. Dr Mavrelos is a doctor who truly cares for his patients and I am very grateful to him!

It was a pleasure to be treated by Mr Mavrelos. From our first consultation with him, my husband and I were impressed by his kind manner and by the level of reassurance that he gave us. He also encouraged us not to rush any steps of the IVF process, as tempting as that seemed at the time. During my IVF treatment, I was very comfortable under his care. He took time to call me and explain the next steps when my initial cycle didn’t work. I was also touched by his empathy when I explained the side effects of the meds (insomnia) and he tailored his next plan to me and my health needs. At all times, the level of explanation that Mr Marvelos provided, his measured reassurance and his kind manner were hugely appreciated.

Dr Mavrelos is such a terrific doctor. He is patient and understanding and made us feel like we were heard and not simply another number. We have been on our IVF journey for many years and Dr. Mavrelos has been there every step of the way. He has also given us great advice with great sensitivity. We are glad to have had a positive outcome and are very grateful for all his support.

My whole experience was really positive. Mr Marvelos and Nurse Shelley explained everything very clearly. They were kind and reassuring, and I felt really well looked after. Dr. Mavrelos is a very sympathetic and calm person who takes the time to understand you, your history and how to best help you on your journey. During the full process we have been pleased with Dr. Mavrelos. The only downside from time to time (in the beginning) was that he could be difficult to get a hold off for the clinic and it therefore took a little longer to get a response. But nothing major in the grand scheme.
