I chattered my ankle some years back and it was plated and wired. Over the last 18 months, it became more swollen, painful and skin was dying off. I contacted Mr Amit Amin and during the first consultation Mr Amit Amin very clearly explained what the problem was, the metal work had to come out and suggested to give it some thought. I didn't need to think long. The operation was a great success. After 5 weeks I was walking 12/14 miles, could put my foot down rather than do tiptoe up a hill and ran for the bus without limping. I have no pain and no swelling. From the first phonecall to make an appointment to the date of the operation was a matter of a few weeks.

Superbly clear explanations, in person and on paper. He welcomed questions. A pleasure to be with. I can't yet judge his surgery (yesterday!), but he gives every confidence that it will be at the same superlative level.

Amit operated on my right foot over six years ago, and the results were so amazing that I sought him out when my left foot required the same surgery. He takes time and never rushes, explaining the options, processes and results thoroughly. He has a wonderful manner and is reassuring and encouraging, highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

"I have known and worked with Amit for ten years and he has been one of my go-to foot and ankle colleagues during this time where he has treated patients and friends of mine. He is thorough and extremely efficient with communications. I've seen great results in all the cases I've referred and those patients we have jointly managed. I would have no hesitation in recommending patients to see Amit for any foot and ankle condition."
