Having trained at the University of Liverpool, I trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at hospitals around the Mersey region.
I completed my doctoral thesis (MD) in reproductive medicine at the Liverpool Women's Hospital and gained experience in infertility and IVF.
I then spent 2 years working in Sydney, Australia in the field of laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery.
I am an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral specialising in laparoscopic surgery for pelvic pain, endometriosis, hysterectomy and prolapse.
I also work as an honorary consultant gynaecological surgeon at Alder Hey children's hospital in Liverpool performing operations for girls with ovarian cysts, endometriosis and congenital malformations of the womb.
