I am delighted with the results of my surgery with Mr Hicks. He dealt with my surgery in a calm, personable fashion all the way from the initial consultation through to discharge and kept me well informed throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Hicks again, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I found Mr Hicks to be very professional in his manner and his explanation of the operation process extensive and easily understood including the amount of pain that would be experienced . On the day of the operation he again detailed his plans and timescales. The follow up examination met all of my expectations.

He explained my diagnosis very well, he was friendly, took his time and gave me a sense that he actually cared. After seeing so many doctors before him, it was relieving to have that.

Mr Hicks was very lovely experience. He was extremely professional, took his time explaining all aspects ,then arranging for me to see the other consultants to find the diagnosis, after my last appointment he has referred me to the appropriate specialist now who has now started my treatment and recovery. I was sent originally to Mr Hicks because GP thought it was a vascular problem .., it wasn’t .Nevertheless Mr Hicks went out of his way to ensure I received the procedures and consultant .Would highly recommended if you need excellent care and treatment . Must add his secretary Sue was always a pleasure and nothing was too much trouble for her.Many thanks .
