Mr Fiadjoe was very helpful and polite. He tried to help me as much as possible when I was on the telephone when I was trying to get Vitality to authorise the treatment required but unfortunately Vitality let me down yet again as it took a call of 1hr 47 minutes for Vitality to authorise treatment. Had Vitality been quicker the treatment could have been done on my appointment.
