Mr Paritosh Sharma

Mr Paritosh Sharma works at Barts Health NHS Trust as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon. He has worked at many of London's prominent vascular centres, and he uses the most recent and cutting-edge approaches in vascular surgery. Prior to taking up his present consulting position, he spent a year specialising in endovascular techniques, and his knowledge in the field is highly regarded.

Mr Sharma has expertise in the treatment of varicose veins using minimally invasive procedures such as laser ablation, radiofrequency ablation, sclerotherapy, and open surgery. He has a special interest in endovascular and hybrid management of complex thoraco-abdominal aortic conditions, and he works closely with cardiothoracic and interventional radiology colleagues to manage these complex cases.

Mr Sharma has authored several publications and earned his MD in 2015 for his work on the effective and safe monitoring of patients following endovascular intervention. He is actively involved in the training of undergraduate and postgraduate doctors, and he has developed educational programmes targeted at developing the surgical and technical abilities of future surgeons.
