Very friendly and clear about the procedure

This is the second time I have had a procedure under Mr Franklin. He is friendly, approachable and inspires confidence in his patients that they are in good hands.

Everything was excellent. I can highly recommend Mr Franklin and his team. Reliable, professional, very nice at all times and keeping me informed at all stages. The operation improved considerably my quality of life, if I had known it was not just for the aesthetics but more importantly for the functionality, I would have done it much earlier. Thank you

For years I put off consulting a vascular surgeon about my painful and unsightly varicous veins. Multiple recent episodes of bleeding on one of my legs brought me to Mr Franklin's team. An appointment with him was promptly organised by his charming and ultra efficient secretary. From the pre-consultation scan to the operation which followed via the consultation itself, everything went very smoothly always with a smile. Mr Franklin is very professional, gentle and empathetic and gave me very clear explanations of the situation. All which made this experience very reassuring. Thank you very much. I heartily recommend Dr Franklin and his team.

An excellent surgeon who runs a very efficient practice. Having referred half a dozen patients to Ian for the past 15 years, I have had no complaints of any kind, and only positive feedback about his service and it's results. He himself is calm, kind and engaging.
