Mr Naing Lynn

Mr Lynn is a Consultant Urologist. They are experienced in all aspects of general urological surgery, laparoscopic urological surgery, urological oncology and andrology. Their professional interests include pelvic oncology and laparoscopic surgery. Outside of their professional life, they enjoy photography.

Mr Lynn graduated from the Institute of Medicine (1), Rangoon, Burma. They underwent basic surgical training in the UK, obtaining a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. They spent several years in prostate cancer research, culminating in an MD from the University of Manchester. During that time, they were also awarded the DUrol (Diploma in Urology) from the University College London. They joined West Midlands Higher Surgical Training in Urology in 2000 and were awarded the CCST (Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training) in Urology in 2006. They then underwent Fellowship training in laparoscopic urologic surgery in Germany. They joined Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust as a Consultant Urologic Surgeon in 2007 and later underwent Robotic Fellowship training in Germany in 2018. They treat patients with general urological conditions, and their subspecialist interests are urologic oncology, andrology and laparoscopic urologic surgery. They are also a member of British, European and American urological associations.
