Dr. Krishna Lingam

Dr Lingam was absolutely amazing for sorting my hemmorhoids from the very first meeting. He was nice, friendly, clear and concise and instantly made me feel comfortable. He helped me get the right treatment, delivered this successfully, gave me really helpful guidance after the op and was quick to arrange a post op meeting to get me off the strong painkillers and progress my recovery. The results have been lifechanging and I’m really grateful for him and all the support he’s given.

I knew I'd be in really good hands from the first consultation. Mr Lingam explained everything about the procedure and listened to everything I said. He totally understood why I was eager to have the surgery as soon as possible, due to me being self employed and having commitments I needed to be fit for. After the operation he explained how it had gone (it was more complicated and took longer than expected), and explained even further at my follow up. I'm the kind of person that likes all the details, and he was more than happy to give them. He has a really positive manner and you can tell he enjoys his job. I think enjoyment for your job goes a long way to making you really good at it. I'd highly recommend him, and I'm so happy and relieved he sorted me out.

Follow up visit following varicose veins surgery. As usual, the check-in at the Nuffield was very efficient. Mr. Lingam was very prompt and there was no waiting around. Mr Lingam is very professional and respectful, but easy to talk to. He shared his pleasure in the result of my recent surgery and I was assured that he took pride in his work. I felt that Mr. Lingam gave me plenty of time to ask questions and I also felt he had an understanding of my reasons for wanting this surgery. Mr Lingam was very clear in his advice and instructions around future care. I also liked the way the wider hospital team including Mr. Lingam communicated with each other.
