I was very apprehensive regarding procedure but Mr Lingham put me at ease straight away. Very calm and reassuring manner and had plenty of time for all my questions and concerns. This was both pre and post operation.

I have spent most of my working life in the Military, and now still work in that environment. So, Mr Lingam was an ideal suit for me, to the point with detailed aftercare and timetable of events.

Did not promise anything before test results. Straight forward and I felt he knew exactly what he was doing.
