From the moment I had my initial first consultation with Mr Sheehan to my Cataract surgery with Mr El-Ashry the professionalism in making me at ease was second to none, I was by far not the easiest of patients to due a extremely sensitive right eye to artificial light but they had the patience to make things more bearable.
After 8 weeks I had a minor complication but the aftercare was perfect too and my eye now sees 20 20 for the first time in my life, totally life changing as I can now play sport with no need for glasses!!

Kieren clearly explained his diagnosis and provided a clear plan for correcting tmy Koretoconus and acute Myopia. I had many questions that he answered in a clear concise way. Kieren is very positive, understanding and pragmatic I have every confidence in him. I am very pleased with the outcome that he has achieved. I never thought that this would have ever been possible. 

I found Mr El-Ashry a very pleasant and easy to talk to person. Any question that i asked was aswered immediately and honestly. 

Under Mr Girgis due to bilateral posterior subcapsular cataract. Mr Girgis has supported me throughout the process, listening and understanding my concerns and needs. The first operation went extremely well, though I was very anxious, I was treated with respect and I received a needed amount of patience. Mr Girgis and the operating team were very professional and supportive throughout. The other hospital staff (Spire, Bristol) kept me comfortable and informed pre and post op. Result from the first operation has been more than I could have hoped for, with no immediate issues in the three days after the initial operation. Second operation is tomorrow and I feel comfortable and fully prepared following an further consultation, in person, with Mr Girgis today.
