Mr James created a friendly and welcoming environment. I am naturally an anxious person, but Mr James went through my medical problems and explained my options in detail. He provided me with an in depth explanation of the procedures available to me. His secretary Tracey is also absolutely amazing and helpful, and ensures smooth and prompt communication.

Extremely professional. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and actioned that accordingly. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Minimal swelling and bruising post op. 90% recovered in less than a week. Scarring is minimal and cannot be seen with my eyes open.

Mr James has provided a first class service from my initial consultation, through to post op care. I am beyond happy with the results and cannot thank Mr James enough! I would highly recommend.

Not happy with the results unnecessary scarring
