Mr Matt Penman

Mr Matt Penman is an Osteopath specialising in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Within the field, his expertise lies in treating lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, tendinopathies and chronic pain. Using a combination of direct hands-on techniques and prescriptive exercises, Mr Penman strives to get patients back to their best and maintain this by making relevant lifestyle changes.

After being awarded his Masters Degree in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University, Mr Penman then undertook work across the South East of England and in the Caribbean.

In these positions, he gained extensive experience treating a wide range of people and conditions, from Academics to Sports people pushing their bodies to the maximum. Mr Penman has conducted academic research projects in techniques for muscular pain and frequently attends courses with top Specialists in the field.

Outside of work, Mr Penman leads an active lifestyle and enjoys various sports such as boxing and running. He also enjoys surrounding himself with his family and friends.
