Posture Dynamics

Posture Dynamics was founded in 1997 by Daren Fletcher BSc (Hons) osteopathy. The main clinic is located in Piccadily, with 1 other clinic in Hertfordshire. The practice offers expert treatment to not only relieve pain and rehabilitate a sports injury but also to improve the causes of pain and prevent the reoccurrence. The practice aims to provide a natural, safe and holistic approach to posture problems, pain, and injuries, delivering personalized treatment to each individual and working closely with consultant doctors in case further treatment is required.

The team consists of experienced osteopaths and therapists, with specialist clinics to address specific problems such as pregnancy, sports performance, injury, tinnitus and TMJ problems.

From a consultation with Posture Dynamics, you can expect healthcare professionals to thoroughly examine you and investigate the root of the problem, with a caring and respectful approach. From this, your Osteopath may decide to investigate further or discuss and help make a shared decision about your treatment. You can be confident with Posture Dynamics that your Osteopath will be trained and have high-level expertise to provide you with the therapy you require.
