Stephanie Horsted

Stephanie Horsted is a registered osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, awarded with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy in 2023. Her background includes a degree in Sports Rehabilitation, along with Level 5 sports massage training, equipping her with a strong foundation in injury recovery and performance-focused rehabilitation.

With a history as a competitive gymnast and over a decade of coaching and judging experience, Stephanie brings a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and physical resilience to her clinical work. She applies a whole-body and patient-centred approach making sure to consider how mental health, stress, and trauma can influence physical wellbeing.

Stephanie’s treatments aim not only to relieve symptoms but to empower patients with tools for long-term self-management. Her compassionate care is rooted in a holistic understanding of health and a dedication to individualised treatment.

She is also committed to creating a safe and affirming space for all patients and is especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQI+ community. Stephanie actively advocates for inclusive healthcare, with a focus on ensuring respectful and informed care for Transgender and Non-Binary individuals. Her practice reflects both clinical excellence and a strong commitment to equity and empathy in healthcare.
