Mr Broadbent was welcoming and listened to my issue before carrying out his assessment on my joints. He was friendly but respectful and very efficient. After having x-rays taken, he talked me through the images and detailed my condition and discussed the various options I had. He made sure I had his email details so that I could contact him if I had further queries before our my treatment.

Mark explained everything that was wrong with my shoulder and the various steps and procedures that would be required to repair and rehabilitate after the procedure in very clear and concise manner. Mark also visited me before and after the procedure which was very reassuring and appreciated for me to understand that the procedure went well and I would be ok to start my rehabilitation. Everything was done in a very professional but thoughtful manner from the first consultation to the three month post-operation consultation. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

I was referred following shoulder pain and shoulder mobility issues. Seen on time, after an examination sent for X rays which were completed on same visit and then diagnosed issue with treatment plan. This was all completed within a 45 minute appointment and I really could not have asked or expected more from the visit.

Mr Broadbent is a good listener and diagnosed the issues with my hands fairly quickly. He recommended Steroid injection which he carried out during my visit. The symptoms eased in the following few days and now almost gone. He also recommended Nerve conduction studies to be carried out to pin point the source of my other issues which are tingling in the tips of my fingers. I am now waiting for these before I go back to him.
