Common reasons for consultation and successful intervention include Dupuytren's Contracture and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
From start to finish, it was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. Information was provided and questions answered from the initial consultation. The day of the surgery was excellent. Professional, warm, sympathetic and caring. I was well looked after and taken care of by all members of the team. Following the surgery, the aftercare appointment to remove the stitches was again pleasant and comforting. Mr Broadbent was exceptional today at the final consultation to review the surgery after 3 weeks. I am very glad to have been treated in such a warm manner and by this team. Thank you very much.
Over several years I have been treated by Mr. Broadbent for issues related to both hands and both elbows. The various problems have been simple trigger finger issues as well as wrist and elbow problems.
Very efficient and thorough examination followed by successful treatment. Very pleased with Mr Broadbent’s care.
I would like to provide my sincere feedback and thanks to Mr Mark Broadbent for the exceptional care and treatment he has provided since I suffered a severe clavicle fracture nearly two years ago. Following complications arising from a previous surgery (which was not performed by Mr Broadbent), he carefully assessed my condition and recommended the appropriate corrective procedures. Six weeks ago, he performed further surgery to remove the clavicle metalwork, undertake partial bone removal, and carry out an AC joint excision. This treatment has given me genuine hope of achieving a full recovery and finally becoming free from the persistent pain that followed my original injury. For the first time in a long while, I feel a real sense of positivity about the future. Throughout my treatment, Mr Broadbent has provided consistently professional consultations, always showing great care, reassurance and patience. He also demonstrated excellent judgement and tact in managing my strong desire to progress more quickly than my recovery allowed. His ability to guide me carefully—ensuring I did not rush the healing process and risk compromising the repair or the long-term outcome—was greatly appreciated. I am extremely grateful for his expertise, professionalism and supportive approach throughout my treatment and recovery. Thank you.
All I can say is a big thank you very well explained and gave me options on treatment we agreed on doing both thumb and cts at the same time both have been a great success thanks you again
I recently had a ganglion cyst removed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From my very first consultation through to the follow‑up appointment, Mr Broadbent was incredibly helpful, thorough, and reassuring. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt fully confident in the plan from start to finish. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the scar is as minimal as it could possibly be—it's healing perfectly. I’m genuinely grateful for the level of skill and attentiveness throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr Broadbent.
Had a broken wrist. Mr Mark Broadbent repaired my wrist and now it’s fully healed. Very happy with the result.
Dr Broadbent was very thorough and professional during all stages of my hand surgery. He took time to explain all stages in the process.
