Mr Broadbent was extremely courteous and professional . He explained ( unlike many clinicians ) in clear easily understood language the diagnosis then the treatment and was very reassuring imparting confidence to his patient .

This was my final visit. Mr Broadbent talked me though the x-ray and was happy with everything. He also asked how I was feeling in comparision to before the op, which is important and I suppose can be lost on the patient when recovering. Great professionalism and service as always.

The next steps etc were clearly explained and compared to other private consultations I have had, the communication portal aspect is great as it ensure you have all the information on reports etc.
