Mr Joshua Lee demonstrates a professional, clear, and reassuring approach in his patient interactions. He explains procedures, diagnoses, and treatment pathways, leading patients to feel at ease and confident in their care and reported successful surgical outcomes. Patients frequently seek his care for conditions such as knee pain and various forms of knee arthritis.
Joshua explained to procedure, the importance of the follow on post surgery and also took the time to explain how to use the brace that I was required to use as part of my recovery. It was extremely kind of Joshua to also take the time to speak to my wife and explain the procedure, then updated her on how the operation went. He is excellent and both my wife (Joshua undertook a two full knee replacements) and I feel very fortunate to have Joshua as both our surgeon and specialist. To put this all into context I was referred to a specialist at another hospital, prior to Joshua, and four weeks later I've still not been contacted by them!
Mr Lee explained both what I could expect from my operation but also on awaking reassured me on how the procedure had gone. I had a dizzy spell two days after my operation and Mr Lee recognising that had impacted me adversely did not hesitate on coming to see me, consult and seek my agreement to then delay my departure until I had completed my x-rays. It was great to be consulted rather than be spoken at!
I had a good experience with Mr Lee, he took time to listen to me and was very clear in his explanations. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Experience was amazing, Josh explained everything to me perfectly beforehand and made me feel at ease. The surgery went very well and I can only thank Josh for his amazing work.
I found Dr Lee professional and he put me at ease during the consultations. He was flexible in terms of in person or virtual. He has approached my diagnosis in a methodical manner which I hope will result in my problem being cured.
Mr Lee was incredibly understanding and considerate during our consultations. I feel I am in very safe hands with him and he always takes the time to explain any procedure and ensure I have all the information I need.
Mr Lee is a very thoughtful and dedicated specialist who takes out time to hear concerns of his patients . He has always treated me with patience and kindness and the quality of care and integrity he has as a specialist really does shine through each appointment !
Joshua was very helpful and understanding of the issues I was experiencing and the best way to continue on from them.
Josh is an exceptional hip and knee surgeon. His expertise and attention to detail means his patients have great outcomes. He takes the time to ensure his patients fully understand their options, making them feel comfortable and informed. Having previously trained me, I am now lucky to be his colleague.
