Jaison was extremely helpful in both explaining the procedure and also what to expect after. Post surgery I have had no problems and I am slowly working towards playing sports again.

From the very first moment I met Mr Patel he put me at ease with his manner & personality, he is very easy to talk to & utterly professional. He advised me that a partial knee replacement would be best for me, it was exactly what I needed & the recovery time would be a lot quicker, I took his advice & I could not be happier with the outcome.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Mr Patel listened to my concerns particularly after I had had 2 post op haemorrhages with the right knee. His team listened pre op and the left knee has gone like a dream. I'm 5 months post op and the left knee is brilliant. Can bend already to 120 degrees and due to start 5 courses of pre exercise physio so I can return to my dancing and horse riding. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Shame you don't do hips lol!!

I had an ACL reconstruction combined with a Lateral Extra-Articular Tenodesis (LET) performed by Mr. Jaison Patel in October 2025, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better surgeon or a better overall experience. I am an active 43 year old male with two young children. When I received news that I had torn my lateral meniscus and ACL in my left knee after playing football, I was in a state of shock about its potential impact to my life. Mr Patel is a very compassionate and transparent surgeon who heard, understood, and acknowledged my fears and goals when it came to recovery. He calmly took me through what I had injured, my options, and potential impacts to my lifestyle. The transparency and time he took to explain things to me made me feel incredibly comfortable to make a decision to proceed with the operation and even though it was a complicated procedure, my care was in the right hands. Prior to the operation, we spoke twice and in both occasions, Mr Patel continued to give me the time to talk through what I was feeling and answer any questions I had. My surgery went successfully which is a testament to Mr Patel's knowledge and skills as the procedure to repair my meniscus and ACL was in no way straightforward or routine. He came to see me post operatively to see how I was doing and to ensure that I was set up for the road to recovery, including making sure that the critical physio sessions were in place. Thanks to him, I believe I am well placed to make a full recovery and return to an active life of sports, exercise, and activity with my children. I was in for an ACL reconstruction. Jaison was always professional, approachable and friendly, clearly explaining everything that was going to happen.

Went for my 1st appointment for my 2nd knee replacement. Very reassuring to see Mr Patel. Went through how the last operation went and then disscussed next operation. He is very clear, listens to your concerns and very good at explaining in laymans terms.. I never feel rushed at the appointment.
