The service I received from Mr Murray was excellent from the 1st time I saw him to the last.

Thanks
James has repaired both of my knees. His friendliness, empathy and professionalism have been first class. I really feel supported.

Thanks - delighted you felt well supported and heard.
I’ve been under James’ care for ten years now, with bad osteoarthritic knees. In that time he has performed three major surgeries on them, a high tibial osteotomy, followed by partial knee replacements for each knee. His bedside manner is second to none, he is friendly and down to earth. He speaks in terms that are easily understandable for those of us not medically trained. I would not hesitate to recommend him for knee issues of any variety, my life has been restored and I can participate in any activity I choose now, even jogging, with zero pain, after once having crippling pain and inability to walk more than 50feet. I am extremely grateful to him, and his expertise.

Thanks for your review - pleased to have helped you get your life back!
I had an excellent experience from start to finish of my treatment. Mr Murray thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of different treatment options and gained my full confidence with his precise approach. I accepted his advice to have surgery and I am delighted with the outcome.

Thanks - glad your knee is still working well.
James explains everything in detail, I feel I can ask questions and not be rushed. I had my left knee replacement in 2023 and am more than happy for James to replace my right knee. Janes has changed my life, I can now walk without constant pain and look forward to my next operation.

Thanks for your feedback - really helps patients in the future. Delighted to help.
