Mr James Colville

Mr. James Colville is a highly skilled and experienced consultant aesthetic, hand, and reconstructive surgeon. He works at St. George's Hospital NHS Trust but also sees patients privately at various locations, including The Lister Hospital, Spire St Anthony's, Parkside and Fortius wimbledon. Mr. Colville specialises in reconstruction following skin cancer treatment, all forms of elective andf traumatic adult hand surgery, cosmetic surgery to the breast and abdomen, and liposuction.

He graduated from UCL in 1992, having previously been awarded a BSc and an MSc in biochemistry. After completing  plastic surgery post at East Grinstead, his specialist training continued in Newcastle and Louisville, USA, at the renowned hand centre. He became a consultant at St George's in 2005, sub-specialising in adult elective and trauma surgery, and was the lead consultant of the hand department.

Mr. Colville is an examiner for the final plastic surgery examination and a faculty member for the national instructional hand course. He also has an NHS post that focuses on skin cancer reconstructions at St. Helier Hospital, where he runs a general plastic surgery clinic and specialises in skin cancer reconstructions.
