Dr Flavia Pretti Aslanian

Dr Flavia Aslanian is a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist with over 31 years since graduating in Medicine and 28 years of expertise in General, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) and previously held a substantive Consultant post in the NHS.

Dr Aslanian currently sees private patients at the prestigious 10 Harley Street, focusing on cosmetic dermatology and skincare, and at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon, where she offers consultations for general and surgical dermatological conditions.

She obtained her Board Certification in Dermatology in Brazil (1999), followed by a Master’s degree (2001) and a PhD in Dermatology with distinction (2007) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where she also completed her specialist training. After relocating to the UK, she earned a third postgraduate qualification from Queen Mary University of London (2010) and has been practising as a Consultant Dermatologist in the UK since 2011.

Dr Aslanian has worked in several leading London hospitals, including Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Whittington Hospital, Kingston Hospital, and the Royal London Hospital. Since 2015, she has served as a Substantive Consultant at Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust Hospitals.

Her clinical interests include skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing treatments (such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, Profhilo, and chemical peels), acne and rosacea management, mole checks, skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, and the full spectrum of dermatological conditions.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Aslanian is actively involved in research and education. She has published extensively and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board in Dermatology for L’Oréal, reflecting her commitment to innovation and excellence in skin health. With her international background, she is proud to care for patients of all nationalities.
