Mr James Ball

Mr Ball is graduated with his medical degree from Cambridge University in 1995 and was awarded the Fawcett Prize. He completed his ophthalmology training in Brighton, Oxford and Yorkshire and later moved to Australia to undertake specialist training in laser eye surgery at the prestigious Lions Eye Institute, WA. On his return to the UK, he completed his second fellowship in corneal and refractive surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.

James has since been working in Leeds as a consultant, where he worked for one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals. He has been working for over ten years in the NHS offering corneal and refractive surgery services and now runs a successful private practice with over 20 years of ophthalmology experience and expertise.
