Great experience from start to finish. The doctor was a decent bloke and attentive, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable, reassured and well cared for.

I unexpectedly needed Dr Chongs help, when a routine bowel screening came back positive. What should have felt terrifying (and did a little) was made so much easier by my experience with Dr Chong and his team. He supported me with his amazing expertise, his swiftness in ensuring appointments were booked quickly, availability to answer questions and calm and kind nature. Cannot recommend or thank Dr Chong enough.

I'd had a very long running problem going back a number of years. Eventually I was referred to Mr Chong and he advised an available procedure, while being very clear and up front about the risks involved and thoroughly explained why it was considered a last resort. Ultimately we went ahead with the procedure and I'm delighted that it has finally solved the problem.

Got taken at my appointment time. Dr Chong asked me how l was keeping and asked me if l was still bleeding from back passage of which l am .When was my last bowel scan and when was my operation.Dr Chong then noticed that l had lost weight from the last appointment he told me l had to lose weight to make it easier for me and also for him to operate on me also for better and quickly recovery He told me l would be on waiting list probably about year as other people who have Cancer or emergencies come first which is priority which is fair enough. I told him l was bit concerned about the bleeding having it for so long so he is referring me for a scan of my rectum.
