About Mr Danilo Miskovic
Mr. Danilo Miskovic is a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon who trained in Switzerland and the UK. His specialist interest is minimally-invasive, and particularly robotic surgery for cancer and other diseases of the bowel, including inflammatory bowel disease and diverticulitis.
Mr. Danilo Miskovic and Mr. Charles Evans have formed the Colorectal & Robotic Surgery Centre for HCA Healthcare UK; working in partnership to deliver a bespoke colorectal and robotic surgical service. The centre is based at The Wellington Hospital and the Platinum Medical Centre.
Mr. Miskovic sees every one of his patients as an individual, understanding their different needs and meeting them whenever he possibly can. He believes in a multidisciplinary approach to complex problems and work closely with experts from associated specialities, giving patients the best treatment journey as possible.
Mr. Miskovic has received specialist training in some of the best colorectal units in the country, honing his skill and expertise at every opportunity. He is currently working as a consultant at St Mark's Hospital, a world-wide unique specialist hospital for the treatment of bowel disease. In addition to his busy practice, Mr. Miskovic is highly active in the field of research and is continuously contributing to current research. He is also a trainer for minimally-invasive and robotic surgery, nationally and internationally.
