Damian White is a psychotherapist and counsellor. Their background is in journalism, international humanitarian work, social work and university lecturing. They utilise an existential and cognitive behavioural approach to psychotherapy. Their therapeutic approach is underpinned by an understanding that the universal struggles we all face are relational challenges with living rather than individual medical pathology.
