I have made life changing progress.  Ive gone from feeling hopeless with my pain and not working to working again in less pain. Im able to enjoy more social connections with my family and friends. Understanding about pain science has been the most helpful thing and having more confidence in my back to lift much heavier things than I used to. I could not have even imagined mowing my mums lawn a few months ago.  Im more aware of how great the mind body connection is and I continue to meditate daily and be my own boss of positive productive attitude. I still struggle sometimes with DIMS sometimes as its been a tough few years emotionally which will take more time to resolve. I am also on no more pain medications!  I'm so grateful im getting my life back.

Elisabetta has helped me to regain strength and flexibility after a tendon injury. I can definitely recommend physio with her at Bodyset Maida Vale. When I first started I struggled to get up the stairs. Every week when walking up the stairs to the physio-sessions I could see the progress I was making and am now finally at a stage where I can easily manage.
