From the first meeting with Mr Massraf he was very clear regarding what I needed (hip replacement) which after being ignored by other so called professionals for so long felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The service from him and all at the fitzwilliam hospital is first class. I am only 42 years old but my quality of life was restricted due to my bad hip. Now it has been replaced I feel 42 and not 142!! All thanks to Mr Massraf. Eternally grateful!
Precise explanation and gives confidence in procedures and outcomes
It was quite a brief appointment although I suspect that the main investigation can only be done via an MRI so there was little to discuss. It might be useful to be able to offer Zoom/Teams option where appropriate - for example where results of a scan are concerned?
I was 50 minutes early and then i was called 40 minutes early, which was excellent. I did struggle slightly with the accent but that always happens with me. He asked the right questions to whittle down the issue. Very very happy with with Araz.
You performed the first knee replacement surgery for our mother, on May 4, 2018 and the second knee replacement on December 20, 2018. We as a family are totally grateful. We are a huge family spread across the globe, and collectively we unite to say a huge thank you. Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, which you are indeed, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. You spent time to look beyond the medical reports and understand the suffering and pain that our mom went through. Good doctors understand responsibility better than privilege, and practice accountability better than business. Thank you for being such a doctor. You have selected and extra ordinary team of nurses and all the other components of the medical team to work with. You selected Spire a great hospital. Everyone attended to our mom with care and affection, might I add GREAT CARE, and she was able to keep her dignity. It is impossible to single out the best. We were greeted by the Matron, and made to feel very comfortable. Thank you for all you have done to make her comfortable, and to regain a sense of independence.
Many thanks for sending this on to me-what wonderful feedback this is and a great reflection on you. With many thanks and best wishes
