About Mr Ant Brightwell
Mr Ant Brightwell is the director and lead musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist at Spectrum Physio. He specialises in knee, neck, lower back, upper back, and shoulder pain. His previous roles include managing a team of physiotherapists at another top physiotherapy clinic in London as well as growing a clinic in The Netherlands prior to that.
Mr Brightwell gained his bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He grew up in The Netherlands and has always had a keen interest in sports, particularly football which he played at a high level. He also offered first aid, rehabilitation, and sports massage at sporting events such as the International Amsterdam Floorball tournament which runs over three days.

Orthopaedic SurgeonAnt is an expert physiotherapist with specialist training in the area of McKenzie Therapy. His method of practice is thorough, caring and individualised to the needs of the patient which is so important in managing the specific needs and goals of everyone he works with. I could not recommend anyone higher for physiotherapy!
