The team at spectrum were lovely, super knowledgeable and professional. I came to them with a running injury, they knew immediately what was causing it and helped me work through it with exercise and targeted massages I was left in awe of. So happy I went to them:)

I have been going to Spectrum for about 12 months for back and shoulders issues and Rob has been the first physio to holistically and practically fix my pain. I am always greeted with a smile and his team are so nice! Would highly recommend!

Have been experiencing groin pain and shin splints. I found spectrum via a Google search and left my details for a call back which I got within an hour. I received 5 rounds of shockwave and a tailored plan to get me back to fitness. My whole experience was top class throughout, offering guidance where needed. I dealt closely with Ant and Roisin who were great and very knowledgeable.
